Description

Outgoing, personable HR Generalist with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, PHR certification and many years of experience. Previous responsibilities have included onboarding (I9/eVerify, background checks, drug testing), benefit enrollment, compensation gathering and reporting, managing worker’s comp claims/FMLA leaves/processing unemployment claims, terminations and conducting exit interviews, timekeeping, and employee relations. HR systems knowledge includes UltiPro and PeopleSoft, as well as Kronos and MS Office (with advanced Excel proficiency). This professional is immediately available and seeking a part-time position. $20-25/hr

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management with 15 years of experience
• Able to develop relationships with internal customers in order to provide more value in HR role
• Certifications include PHR and SHRM-CP
• Knowledgeable in employee relations, benefit enrollment, recruiting and onboarding, terminations and exit interviews
