Accounting and Executive Search is working closely with a Tulsa, OK based non-profit organization to fill a newly created Training and Recruiting Specialist position within their Human Resources department.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates for open positions through a variety of resources – internal databases, online postings, social media, and referrals – and conducting initial interviews with all potential candidates. You will be heavily involved in the onboarding process, work closely with the internal leadership team, and provide reports to upper management. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying training needs, implementing training programs, track employee success, prepare and deliver training courses, create training materials, and disseminate the training schedule to internal employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge and ability to conduct a variety of training programs (compliance and skills based)
• Experience with recruiting and onboarding, including new hire orientation
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office – including Word and Excel
