Description

Accounting and Executive Search is currently recruiting for a small company Controller position for a Tulsa, OK based client.

If you enjoy digging in and conquering the details, this is the job for you!

In this position, you will be responsible for all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, collections, and preparing financial statements. You will oversee and direct the work of a staff of 1-2 direct reports. Additionally, you will be the “go-to” person for human resources including payroll, benefits, and employee relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar, small company role
• In-depth knowledge of accounting processes and procedures, as well as GAAP
• Proficient in MS Office – including advanced Excel
• Industry knowledge in construction a plus
