Accounting and Executive Search has partnered with a Tulsa, OK based company to fill an Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper position for their downtown location.

You are the perfect candidate for this position if you are well versed in handling full process accounting for a growing company in a fast-paced, employee friendly environment. The professional in this role will be responsible for financial analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, sales tax payments, payroll and payroll tax, and preparing month-end financials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
• Proven ability to handle large volume accounting
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual – Spanish a plus!
