Description

Accounting and Executive Search has been exclusively engaged by a Tulsa, OK based manufacturing company to fill a Controller position for their growing business.

In the Controller role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting department with two direct reports. Your responsibilities will include month end close, preparing financial reports, budgeting and forecasting, cost accounting, inventory management, actual vs budget reporting, payroll, and light human resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA and/or CPA required
• 5+ years in the manufacturing industry
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
• Minimum of 3 years of cost accounting
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with JobBOSS, Visual or other manufacturing software a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office – including advanced Excel
