Description

Accounting and Executive Search has partnered with a Tulsa, OK based Healthcare company to find a Controller to join their growing, multi-location organization!

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for leading the accounting team in ensuring all transactions are completed accurately while also performing month-end close, preparing financial statements, and monitoring cash. You will be tasked with implementing and streamlining processes and procedures to create more efficiencies within the department.

To be successful in this position, you must have a strong grasp on general accounting functions, be comfortable working independently in a high volume environment, proven ability to manage banking relationships, work with outside auditors, and understand allocations and allocation methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in healthcare – hospital, clinic, ambulatory center (direct patient care)
• Previous supervisory experience
• Proficient in advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and Sage 50
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
