Description

Accounting and Executive Search has partnered with a local not-for-profit in the Tulsa, OK area to fill an Executive Director role. This position will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day functions of the operation which include managing the budget, communicating with internal and external contacts, direct management of department heads, and working with various funding sources. To be successful in this role, you must be fiscally responsible, have great leadership skills, have a proven track record of creating efficiencies, and be creative minded. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Human Relations or related discipline
• Previous experience in healthcare or non-profit strongly preferred
• Ability to take initiative, work well with all levels of the organization, and have an “open door” policy required
• Must be an effective leader with the desire to recruit, retain and develop internal talent
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
