Accounting and Executive Search has an immediate need in Tulsa, OK for a Human Resources Generalist to work on a long-term project. This position is with a strong, established Tulsa, OK based company with responsibilities ranging from benefits enrollment and assistance to employee relations, recruiting, on-boarding and special projects. This role will provide you with an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment that values individual contribution.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role
• Strong organization skills and are a self-starter
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR software systems
