Description

Accounting and Executive Search has partnered with a Tulsa, OK based law firm to fill a Billing Supervisor position. This position is a critical role for the organization and will require someone with a high level of attention to detail, accurate entry and reporting, and the ability to manage a team of 2-3 direct reports.

In this high volume and busy position, you will be responsible for handling complicated billing, answering client questions in a timely manner, working closely with attorneys to ensure accurate billing, resolving billing issues in a professional manner, working closely with the CFO, and preparing reports as requested.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal billing, preferably 5 years in a supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of complicated client billing
• Proficiency in Access, SQL, and Crystal Reports
• Self-driven with ability to meet deadlines
• Advanced mathematical skills with ability to quickly figure pro-rata calculations
• High functioning in a fast-paced environment
