Description

Accounting and Executive Search has partnered with a Tulsa, OK based investment firm to find an experienced Life Insurance Investment Supervisor for their growing company.

In this newly created position, you will be responsible for mortgage loan operations including working with a third-party administrator, analyzing financial reports and accounts, preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, internal control analysis, and handling investments such as fixed maturities and common stocks. You must be willing to stay current on changing GAAP policies, have knowledge of Statutory changes and updates, implement improvements in efficiencies, and work well in a team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA strongly preferred
• Previous experience in accounting required
• Mortgage loan and investment experience is required
• Insurance and/or public accounting experience preferred
• Proficient in accounting software packages, as well as MS Excel
• Effective communication skills
