Description

Accounting and Executive Search has been engaged by a Tulsa, OK based mortgage company to recruit a Mortgage Loan Accountant for it’s growing operation!

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for accurately calculating and reporting loan balances, reconciling and resolving discrepancies in mortgage accounts, regulatory reporting, general ledger postings, ensuring proper collateral documents are obtained, and special projects related to related to loan operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Knowledge of mortgage loans and terminology required
• Proven experience in a hands-on role with ability to handle administrative functions
• Strong and effective communication skills – both verbal and written
• Proficient in Excel – including pivot tables
• Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
