Accounting and Executive Search is exclusively working with a Tulsa, OK company to find a Payroll/Project Accountant for their thriving business! In this role, you will be responsible for consolidating payroll for multiple field locations, ensuring proper and timely payroll processing, as well as paying payroll taxes for multiple states. In this hands-on position, payroll is processed in-house using Deltek software. Additionally, part of your time will be spent handling project accounting and ensuring that it is being properly accounted for according to each contract.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business strongly preferred
• 3-5 years in Payroll and Accounting with an in-depth knowledge of payroll and payroll processes
• Must be organized, self-motivated, detail oriented and exhibit strong time management abilities
• Excellent customer service skills with timely responsiveness
• Preference given to candidates with Deltek software knowledge
