Description

Newly created Project Manager role with a local manufacturing company in Tulsa, OK. This position is ideal for a new grad or anyone looking for an entry-level opening!

In this position, you will be responsible for:
• Coordinating all phases of project completion and deliverables including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, managing schedules, and monitoring the progress of simultaneous projects
• Organizing and supporting all contract activities to ensure the delivery of quality products and services
• Directing the completion of orders within established time frames
• Reviewing performance data to measure goal achievement and create efficiencies
• Ensuring all projects meet customer and company
• Analyzing the scope of work requirements and communicate priorities to manufacturing team and managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or related Information Systems area
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision
