In this newly created position, you will use your previous experience to analyze revenue, growth, and profitability while also handling financial modeling and lending your M&A expertise to assess potential acquisition targets.
You are ideal for this position if you have an established background in a similar role with proven knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, and/or advanced financial modeling.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics• 3-5 years in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Strong communication skills
• M&A due diligence
• Experience preparing board decks
