Description

Accounting and Executive Search has partnered exclusively with a Tulsa, OK based company to recruit a Senior Tax Accountant for their growing operation! This position offers you the opportunity to utilize your tax and accounting knowledge while assisting with the growth of multiple entities!

You will be responsible for doing due diligence and advising on acquisitions, providing direction on the tax implications of various investments, overseeing accounting for several entities, providing investment advice based on knowledge and research, and working directly with the President/CEO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Master’s preferred
• Active CPA certification preferred
• Extensive tax knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date with tax rules
• Strong overall accounting knowledge
• Ability to attend meetings and communicate effectively
• M&A experience
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and able to easily adapt to change
