Are you passionate about HR and looking for a position that allows you to make a big impact on others? If so, then this is the position for you!Accounting and Executive Search has been exclusively engaged to find a Director of Human Resources for a Tulsa, OK based non-profit organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and direction of various areas of HR including employee relations, training, recruitment/employment, benefits management, policy development and implementation, onboarding and employment law compliance. This position requires a person who is capable of communicating with individuals at all levels within the organization, the ability to see projects and initiatives through to completion, and strong knowledge of human resources policies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources• Proven organizational and management abilities
• Proficiency in writing, implementing and translating policies and procedures
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to manage a team of 5 direct reports
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems
• Demonstrable experience with idea innovation related to team/organization engagement
