• Assist in budget process by partnering with internal managers to provide current salary information
• Review, create, maintain and update job descriptions in internal system
• Manage annual performance review in conjunction with HR Business Partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting or Finance
• Professional certification or eligibility in CCP, SPHR or SHRM-CP preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
