Accounting and Executive Search has partnered with a well-established, successful Tulsa, OK insurance agent to find an Account Manager to join their team!You are the ideal candidate for this position if you have current or recent experience with an independent/captive property and casualty office. You should be able to write all lines of business, including financial services.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Establishing customer relationships and following up with customers
• Developing relationships with referral sources
• Using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Developing leads, working provided leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self driven and people-oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office, as well as insurance industry specific systems
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Willingness to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Property and Casualty license required
• Life and Health license required
• Strong desire to be successful in identifying client insurance needs
