Accounting and Executive Search has exclusively partnered with a Tulsa, OK based company to fill this exciting Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper opportunity! This position offers the opportunity to handle high volume, project based accounts payable/receivable job functions, combined with payroll processing for up to 275 EE. The perfect candidate will have experience working in a small company handling a wide range of responsibilities in a Bookkeeper or Accounting Office Manager capacity.

Requirements

• 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar role
• Advanced Excel – including pivot tables and vlookups
• Must be a problem solver, extremely organized and deadline driven
• Knowledge of payroll processing, payroll tax and state tax reporting required
• Client friendly with ability to communicate effectively with outside customers
