As the Financial Reporting Accountant, you will be responsible for financial statement preparation and consolidation, account and cash flow analysis, budgeting and forecasting, audit preparation, internal control maintenance, regulatory reporting, and SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with preference given to candidates with a Master’s degree
• CPA or CPA eligibility
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and SEC reporting
• Strong mathematical, analytical and time management skills
• Ability to meet critical deadlines
• Excitement to work in a fast-paced environment
