Accounting and Executive Search is currently recruiting for an IT Support Specialist position in Tulsa, OK. This position offers the ideal candidate an opportunity to work under the IT Director and support almost 100 employees in a great company culture. This role is responsible for supporting users in a Windows based, Cloud environment and assist with various hardware and software related issues.

Responsibilities:
• Set up computers, laptops and tablets and ensure all firewalls and anti-virus security measures are in place
• Act as the primary Help Desk resource and respond to all employee requests for assistance
• Support and monitor hardware and software LAN software issues and provide support for all LAN-based applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline
• 2-3 years of previous IT experience, preferably in a similar role
• Knowledge of IT processes and structure
• Strong customer service experience
• Ability to take direction and adhere to company policies
