Accounting and Executive Search is working with a client partner in immediate need of a Payroll Coordinator/Specialist in Tulsa, OK. In this position, you will be responsible for processing all aspects of payroll including timesheet review and reconciliation, preparing payroll reports, ensuring deductions are calculated accurately, garnishments, and fielding payroll related questions for internal employees.

• Minimum of Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 3 years of payroll experience
• Strong communication skills
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with payroll software such as Paychex, Paycom or ADP
